I’m going to Texas.

Tomorrow, I’m going to Texas. Huntsville, to be specific. Where Death Row is, to be even more specific.

It’s a research trip with a theatre-maker and I’m the filmmaker.

Stephanie Ridings (writer/theatre maker) is writing a show about a woman who falls in love with a man on death row. So we are travelling out there at the time of a real life execution (that’s an ironic sentence). I’ll be documenting Steph’s journey over the week with cameras and all sorts and coming on here to download my thoughts/pictures/feelings…perhaps this will be my therapy?

It’s going to be…

…who knows?!

What I do know is that this is an incredibly unique opportunity. So no matter how confronting it will be, I’m going to make the most of it.
